PowerWorks Inc. and its affiliate, Pacific Winds Inc., are privately-held companies, focused upon the development, ownership, and operation of clean, renewable, wind and solar power projects.   Generally, we provide clean, renewable power, on a wholesale basis, to electric utilties.

We currently own and operate four wind power projects, consisting of over 900 wind turbines, totaling 95,000 kilowatts, located near Livermore, California. In addition, we are developing new utility-scale wind and solar projects across the nation, some of which are shown on our Projects page.

The principals and engineering staff at PowerWorks have extensive experience during the past 20 years with over 50 wind and solar projects, involving development, permitting, engineering, design, power marketing, finance, construction, equipment procurement and installation, and operation and maintenance. We employ an experienced team of engineering, accounting, and operating staff.

Our mission is to increase our portfolio of competitive energy projects—involving clean, renewable energy.
