B.S. degree in engineering required.  This is an entry level position.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated person, with entrepreneurial spirit, as well as, strong team skills.

Responsibilities involve two primary areas—development and engineering of new wind power projects and project management and engineering activities related to our existing, operating wind projects. 

New project development responsibilities include:  siting; field reconnaissance studies; project layout, engineering and design; electric utility interface; wind analysis/modeling; permitting; project schedules; cost estimates; equipment procurement and installation; construction planning; etc.

Existing project operations responsibilities include:  wind turbine retrofit or upgrade activities; operation and maintenance (O&M) project engineering/management; power systems maintenance; turbine optimization program; interface with O&M field personnel on a day-to-day basis; etc.

Position located at our Altamont Pass wind power facilities, located at 15850P Jess Ranch Road, Tracy, California 95377.  Some travel required.
